Maddie surprised me today with a flower planted in a small pot. I love little things like this. They make me happy. Just the fact that she saw a beautiful flower outside, took the time to find a little cup, dig up some dirt, and put the flower in it is just SWEET. She came back to ask me "if I really liked it?" How could I not right?? After I said "of course I do" she started laughing and preceded to pull the flower out of the dirt (last photo). She said "I'm not sure if you know this or not but it doesn't even have a stem". Then she giggled and giggled and giggled. A few watering tips came next and then she was off. Love my sweet girl and love little things like flowers!!
