Herb Garden

We are attempting our first garden here at the Greene house. We have always wanted to make one just have never gotten around to it. We found this kit at a garage sale last summer for $2. It was brand new so I figured we would give it a try.

Step one: Water down the Dirt pellets then fluff with a fork.

Step Two: Fill your pot with dirt (we decorated and named ours )

Step Three: Pour your seeds in.. Pepe Parsley, Charles Chives, Bob Basil, Cindy Cilantro, and Trixy Thyme.

Step 4: Cover with dirt and water

Pretty easy. I loved that it came with 5 little pots so that we could each do one. We'll have to keep you posted on how our garden is growing. To complete our Science for the day we read Chick Fil A's new book about plants and trees and then did a journal page for our science notebooks. It is truly beginning to feel like Spring here in Georgia!!
